Hello I'm starting my diet soon I'm currently at 225 and want to I should say I need to get down to 195-200 I'm 5'8 and my age is 32. My question is what products should I start with as a beginner? Also what workout do I have to do to lose my body fat? Thanks hope to hear from you soon.
