Bikini & Fitness Competitor
My name Linda Illerstam and I am a Swedish IFBB Bikini Fitness and Fitness Model Athlete, published fitness model, Social Work & Psychology student and an entrepreneur.
I started my career in sports at the age of 14, educating myself to become a tennis coach while playing tennis, floorball and dancing at a high level. Today I am a certified tennis, thaiboxing and gym instructor, personal trainer and nutritional advisor.
I have done several national and international competitions since May 2015, both in IFBB Bikini Fitness and Fitness Modelling, with a second place title in Swedish Bikini Finess and fourth place at Arnold Classic South Africa. I placed second at Body Power in Fit Factor 2015 and qualified to the first ever IFBB Fitness Model competition at Olympia Amateur where I placed third and then went on to compete at Arnold Classic in South Africa 2016, where I won the Arnold Classic Model Search and was given the opportunity to hand out the awards together with Arnold at the PRO show ceremony.
I work with different national and international companies for modelling, such as Better Bodies and Sportamore, where I model many different brands and sport gear. I have had the opportunity to do two cover shoots for Swedish fitness magazine BODY and have been featured in the magazine several times. I have also been featured in UK FLEX magazine, Women’s Fitness UK and MPSA Magazine in South Africa.
I love living an active lifestyle and have a great passion for fitness and health. Health being my primary focus. It is important to me – as a fitness model and profile – to share and portray knowledge and values of a sustainable lifestyle where physical and mental wellbeing is linked together and equally promoted. I am co-founder of a charity race in Sweden for the Swedish Breast Cancer Association and am active in different charity projects to help raise awareness and money for the Pink Ribbon and it’s national foundation.
There is no greater gift than being able to help motivate and inspire others to change their lives for the better and I can’t wait to work in an even greater scale – reaching out to bigger crowds!
My motto: dream, believe, work, achieve.
