Regimen
  • As a Pro Fitness Athlete I have a unique training schedule that consists of cardio (HIIT and SS), weight lifting, stretching, gymnastics and routine/skills practice. When getting ready for a competition I perform fasted HIIT cardio 2-4 days/week as well as steady state cardio (minimum of 30 minutes) after weight lifting. I lift 4 days/week on average. My training split looks like this: Shoulders and Abs, Legs, Chest and Arms, Shoulders, Back and Abs/Core. I stretch and practice my skills and fitness routine 4-6 days/week.
  • I consume 6 small meals/day. I include 25g of a variety of lean protein with each meal and a combination of low glycemic, low calorie carbohydrates (my favorite are oats, quinoa, sweet potato and black rice) or healthy fats such as coconut oil, avocado, nuts, olive oil, flax and chia seed. My daily supplement regime consists of gold standard whey protein, Amino energy, thermo-cuts, bcaa's, glutamine, women's multi-vitamin, fish oil, calcium/magnesium, CoQ10 and greens.

Hi! My name is Ryall, and I look forward to helping out anyone who needs it!

I am an IFBB Fitness Pro, and have been fortunate enough to have graced the pages of Oxygen, and appear seasonally on E! Channel. I'm also an ambassador for Vitamin Angels, have my own fitness apparel line called 'RyFit' (launching winter 2014), am a Nutrition Coach and mentor to a team of over seventy people globally.
