Strongman Athlete
Bio
I would probably be one of the first few Asian Strongman Athletes to be part of Team ON. Athletes do come in different shapes and sizes especially in Strongman. It is a very unique sport and some would even say it's a showcase sport. But that exhilarating feeling of doing almost the impossible and completing feats such as pulling trucks, lifting stones and flipping over-sized tyres does give a perfect definition of "True Strength"!

As a strongman athlete, youth worker and an academic, my goal is to set and maintain the high standard of what I do for my sport.and inspire new and upcoming talent into the strongman scene be it locally or regionally through competitions, training and coaching. My work with youths and at risk children has taught me a thing or two about being a role model to the younger ones. In July 2014, I've managed to run and host a Singapore Strongman Classic 2014, a local based strongman competition to give back to our local strength athletes in Singapore!

I am very humbled to be a part of the Team ON. My training philosophy is simple "less is more" and "listen to your body". I love training and giving my best on the lifting platform but ultimately my true passion is to ensure that I inspire new and upcoming strongman athletes within the region to be better than they were yesterday. Because "Stronger Is Better"!
