IFPA Bikini Pro
My name is Chelsea Beaudin-McClure and I am an IFPA Bikini Pro. Currently I reside in Dallas, TX but am originally from Maine. Being active and outdoors is my absolute favorite thing about New England....Although our summers are short...they are beautiful! Camping, four wheeling, cliff jumping and spending time boating on the lake are a few of my favorite past times.
Being fit and healthy has always been a way of life for me. My grandmother always had a garden so eating fresh veggies was instilled at a young age. When I was 2 years old I started dancing and continued until the age of 15 when I decided to focus on cheerleadering. Later on I started competing in pageants and really started hitting the gym. After my year as Miss Maine United States I decided to retire from pageants and just pursue fitness. It wasn't until 2013 that my world was forever changed! My fiance told me I should compete. Taking his advice we got a coach and I prepped for my first show. The experience was amazing! Ups and downs and getting to know myself more and more along the way. The day of the show came and the energy was amazing....I had found my niche! Later on that year I decided to get a new coach. He has and continues to push me and my body to new levels. I am forever grateful for all that he has done and continues to do.
The biggest advice I have for anyone starting their fitness journey, whether they are competing or just doing it to reach a fitness or health goal. Be proud, be strong and most importantly love yourself more and more every step of the way. There will be highs and lows and everything in between. Realize what your doing is hard mentally, physically and most importantly emotionally. Look in the mirror everyday and pick out one thing you love about yourself. Surround yourself with like minded individuals that believe in you. Dig deep and find your "true strength".
"Stay hungry, stay humble."
